We initially provided the client with a quote, allowing them to understand the scope of work and costs involved. Once this had been agreed, the Future Solutions Cornwall team began work, proceeding to strip the complete roof area first.

Once the complete roof area had been stripped, we then installed wooden posts to allow the rooflight to sit on top of the client’s roof, while also plastering the ceiling indoors, ready to be painted.

The Future Solutions Cornwall team then installed the rooflight coupled with the Rectec system which, as an approved contractor, was able to provide the client with a 20-year warranty.
