Farm House Roofing Project in Cornwall

Initially, we surveyed the roof and during our survey we found that there were bats in the surrounding areas, which could lead to potential issues in the future, so we began work and proceeded to remove the existing roof to check further.

Once we’d removed the existing roof from the farm house, the Future Solutions Cornwall team proceeded to install a bat-friendly felt and bat vents due to bats in the surrounding area.

Once the felt and bat vents were installed by our team, we then proceeded to install a natural slate on the property, coupled with a dry ridge system, which eliminates the need to use mortar for bonding.

Finally, the Future Solutions Cornwall team installed 2 new chimneys due to the age of the existing chimneys, complete with a new wood burner free of charge, as a gift to the client from the team.
